Do you guarantee spot and stain removal?
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to remove all spots or stains from your carpet. There are many factors that effect spot or stain removal including discoloration, carpet age, type of carpet fibers and type of substance spilled on the carpet.
Do you move furniture when you clean carpet?
No, we clean traffic areas only with the exception of moving small pieces of furniture such as dining room chairs or small tables. After the carpet is cleaned we will return the furniture to its original spot on carpet protectors if needed. We do not move beds, dressers with mirrors, china cabinets, pool tables, pianos, electronics, etc.
My carpets have been cleaned and some spots have reappeared, what should I do?
On occasion some spots that are deep in the backing of the carpet can reappear. If this happens please give us a call right away.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry after carpet cleaning?
It takes about 12-24 hrs for carpet to completely dry. Running the air conditioning or heating system depending on the season can accelerate the drying process. Be sure to leave the protective blocks under any furniture legs until the carpet is completely dry.
