Please contact this company. We had a gentleman by the name of Norman who was prompt and did a fantastic job on our carpet. Before he started, he explained what to expect in certain areas that I pointed out and any issues that may arise. Plus they offer free deodorizer, not that it was needed but just to offer was a plus. The name Discount is what it was, a thorough clean at a discount price. If needed, I will be sure to contact this company again.

We highly recommend them. We moved in a house built in 2002 with the original carpet. Needless to say, the carpet didn't look great. After they cleaned it, the carpet looks almost like new. I want to mention that whatever they used, it smells amazing. We are very pleased with this service and will hire them again in the future.

You had me at the free deodorizer! We asked DRC to come and clean the carpet. (In our house, that is the stairs). 1. the team was on time 2. the team was courteous and friendly 3. there was no up sell Originally, they came to do carpets and our living room couches. They evaluated the couch and informed us (apologizing) that they couldn't clean it. So they dropped what they were charging, didn't up sell us, and did an incredible job. In and out in less than an hour. The carpet looks brand new. Oh, and our dogs liked the tech!

This was a complex job, and he saved a rug I thought had been ruined.
Pared down a pet urine-saturated edge of a 9' x 12' oriental rug, rebound the edge and added matching fringe, removed pet urine from elsewhere on the carpet, and cleaned it.
